4 years of Muay Thai
8+ years as a Level 3 Certified Instructor with Fitness Kickboxing Canada
He’s trained sports teams, led countless fitness classes, and knows how to ignite motivation at every level—from complete beginners to seasoned athletes.

Armed with a Bachelor of Applied Science in Kinesiology and Ergonomics, Sean’s approach is deeply rooted in movement science, safety, and long-term health. His coaching style reflects not just skill, but a thoughtful understanding of how to move efficiently, train sustainably, and stay strong for life.
The BJJ Journey
At age 37, after years of balancing life, family, and career, Sean found Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu—and something just clicked. Now a dedicated purple belt under Professor Sam Osman, Sean trains like a true lifelong student, bringing that same mindset to the mats with his students.
