Our Kids Kung Fu Program is more than just martial arts; it’s a journey of growth, self-discovery, and inner strength. From the very first class, your little dragons will be learning valuable lessons in discipline, respect, and self-confidence, all while having fun and staying active.

Kids’ Beginner Kung Fu

Bring out your Little Dragons to learn the ancient art of Shaolin Kung Fu. Each session begins with a fun warm-up and full-body stretch, followed by training in basic blocks, kicks, and footwork. Once students receive their white sash, they begin to spar and learn traditional forms passed down through generations. We emphasize speed, power, flexibility, and endurance. This class is about more than technique—it nurtures self-confidence, respect, and discipline while fostering a deep connection to centuries of wisdom.

Kids’ Intermediate Kung Fu

For students who have earned their red sash, the intermediate class introduces animal-style forms, double kicks, turning kicks, and weaponry basics. These kids now join demo teams and start attending competitions. With every class, students gain greater responsibility, deeper self-discipline, and the ability to rise to challenges. This stage is where the roots of tradition take hold, teaching the values of resilience, pride, and perseverance.

Kids’ Advanced Kung Fu

These young warriors have trained for years and mastered foundational skills. Now, they begin learning how to teach and coach others while studying advanced weaponry and complex self-defense forms. The class includes high-flying techniques like jumping, turning, and flying kicks, as well as legendary traditional forms. As future leaders, they learn the importance of humility, respect, and wisdom—earning inner strength and peace through discipline and mastery.
