A Journey Rooted in Movement
Marie-Louise has always been passionate about health and wellbeing. After reconnecting with yoga in 2008, she was reminded of its profound therapeutic benefits, which supported her active lifestyle. As a recreational kickboxer for nine years, she regularly pushed her physical limits, taking pride in her strength and endurance. But over time, her body began to crave more space, softness, and restoration—leading her to explore practices that could complement her high-impact training.

Discovering Yin Yoga
Her search led her to a Yin Yoga teacher training course, inspired by a class she took in Cancun, Mexico. The slower, meditative practice of Yin offered balance to the Yang energy of her kickboxing. In 2014, Marie-Louise began teaching Yin Yoga, sharing its gentle yet powerful benefits—long-held poses, deep stillness, and introspection—with others seeking restoration.

Therapeutic Yoga and Meditation
In 2015, she completed a 300-hour certification in Yoga Therapeutics, expanding her knowledge of healing through mindful movement and breath. That same year, she began teaching Yoga Nidra, a deeply restorative meditation practice. Known as “yogic sleep,” it’s accessible to most—inviting participants to simply lie still, stay awake, and listen.

Embracing Kundalini Yoga
Marie-Louise’s love for Kundalini Yoga began in 2016 through the transformative Y.O.G.A. for Youth training with Krishna Kaur. Since then, she has completed both Level 1 and Level 2 training (totaling 500 hours), and remains deeply committed to her own growth and healing through the practice. She is grateful to now share the powerful teachings of Kundalini Yoga with students of all ages and backgrounds.
